Valley Rico Cemetery
The Valley Rico Cemetery (VRC) is located on both sides of US Hwy 145, one mile south of Rico in Dolores County, Colorado.
With the burial of Julius “Frenchy” Burgen, the Valley Rico Cemetery opened on August 31, 1879.

The Valley Rico Cemetery first opened in 1879, and is still in operation today.
